MY FUTURE TRIPS

I always liked traveling and discovering new cities, cultures... So when I grow up I want to visit a lot of things, like the Caribbean islands, the amazonic jungle, the savannah in Africa and other places. Also, I want to know other people from  other cultures, and learn new languages. Especially I want to disconnect of all, stay without stress, obligations and responsabilities.

When I grow up, in my 18 birthday I will make a trip with my friends. So as to do this I will use an app called Waynabox. This app works like that: Waynabox is an app that organizes your trip. This app gives to you different destinations to go and you have to eliminate one option. They organizate all of your trip and you don't know your destination before two days to go.
I think it's very exiting because you don't know you destination so you will have an adventure.
Also I want to travel to Brazil to visit all the cities and the jungles too, to the beaches of Honduras, to the city of New York, to Dubai, etc.
I think that traveling is exiting and amazing because you know a lot of places, countries, cultures, people languages.. When I grow up I will travel a lot.

MY FAVOURITE DESSERT

OREO CAKE

My favourite dessert is oreo cake. One day I was bored with my sister and I we decided to make an oreo cake, since that day it is my favourite dessert. But, although I love it I can't eat it every day because it's so fattening.

The ingredients to prepare the cake are:
For the base of the cake:

  • 24 oreo cookies without the cream
  • 40 grams of butter
For the filling:

  • The cream of the oreos
  • 60 grams of sugar
  •   250 ml whipping cream
  • 250 grams Philadelphia
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 3 slices of unflavored gelatin
For the cover:

  • 4 oreo cookies without the cream
Steps to prepare an oreo cake:

  1. First we have to prepare the base. For prepare it,  remove the cream of the cookies and keep it for later. Crush the cookies with a mixer or a blender.
  2. Then melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with crushed oreos. You should obtain a compact paste. After that, take a mold for the cake and spread the mixture on it. Then insert it in the refrigerator.
  3. To do the cover you have to put out the cream of the cookies and keep it for the filling. Crush the oreos and set apart to use it in the end of the recipe.
  4. After that, you have to do the filing. Take a saucepan and put all the ingredients (also the cream of the cookies) except the gelatin slices. You should warm over medium heat and stir it. The mixture should not reach boiling.
  5. While the ingredients are dissolving, you have to prepare the gelatin. Take a container fill it with cold water and put in the slices of gelatine. Leave it for 10 minutes to be hydrate and then incorporate it in the mixture.
  6. When all the ingredients have dissolved , remove the pan of the heat and let it warm. When it has cooled put the filling in the molt where you have the base, and then re-insert it in the refrigerator. You have to leave it like three hours.
  7. When the cake gets curdle you have to sprinkle the crushed cookies that you've made in step 3. And that's it.

PALAU ROBERT TASK

Last 4th of march we went to Barcelona, to watch a theatre, doing the interviews and also, visit an exhibition in Palau Robert of the refugees from the syrian war.

"A refugee making his way to Austria on the long dignity march"
In this photo appears a fighter boy. I think that because although it has a broken leg he wants to go to Austria and he is going to go. This photo makes me think because sometimes I get angry for little things when some people have bigger problems. Then I realize that I'm very lucky.
